Since the establishment of Universal Planning, we have added over 840 new residential and 1,430 Strata Title lots into the Victorian property market. We engage those Surveying firms who use state-of-the- art CAD equipment and who are highly experienced operators capable of producing all types of community and strata titling plans including pre-construction sales documentation, concept schematics, car-parking allocation and final title plans. We provide the town planning assessment (such as the Clause 56 and Local Planning Policies appraisal) needed for Council approval. The strength of our knowledge is based on our experience and legislative understanding of complex titling developments.
